Authentication and service providers
We use third-party providers where needed to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication, Google when you choose Google sign-in, Cloudflare for website hosting and project request and file storage, and providers used for email, payments and support.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some may store or process information outside Australia.
Google sign-in may provide us with your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. It does not give us access to your Google password, Gmail or Google Drive.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to, where reasonably necessary to protect the service or another person, or where required by law.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use cookies or similar browser storage needed for sign-in, account security, preferences and basic website operation. Blocking these technologies may prevent account or login features from working correctly.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Account information may be kept while your account remains active. Quotes, project files, invoices, transaction records and project communications may be retained where needed for delivery, accounting, support, disputes or legal obligations.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or records that we are required or reasonably need to retain.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, secure authentication and reputable service providers. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions, raise a privacy concern or withdraw optional consent.
Some information may need to be retained for security, accounting, dispute resolution or legal reasons. You can manage or revoke Google account access through your Google account settings.
